This paper aims to describe and discuss the phenomenon of gaining illegal speakership in Jordanian parliament with reference application conversation analysis (CA), participation framework, notion activity type, framework patterns, forms embodiment social organisation. The use these strands enabled a fine-gained ways which hecklers enter interaction, what they do floor how other participants respond incursions. study also shows allotting certain roles institutional contexts impacts people’s rights speak can disobey rules become speaking participants.
